About this IQP

Following up 3 students' research, Christopher Fournier, Mark Legris, and Robert Contois, Friendly House Inc. and the Central Massachussesstes Housing Alliance (CMHA) purchased a license for Social Solutions' ETO software, an web-based tool that focuses on relating effors to outcomes. This project aims to help Friendly House Inc. complete the following:

Customize ETO Software to suit their needs
Ensure a proper infastructure on site to support the software
Produce training materials for future customizations and users

However, Friendly House has little to no infastructure, so this project's primary goal is to probvide that and other projects that follow can satisfy the secondary goals.

About Friendly House

Founded in 1922, Friendly House is a community-based, human services organization serving the residents of Worcester, Massachusetts. Friendly House offers a wide range of programs and services for the Worcester community, including: Social Services, Recreation, Housing Services, and Food Programs.
